Our Story
I Mulini has its roots in 1996, originally through related companies engaged in residential construction. During the 2000s, the group shifted its focus toward land banking, acquiring and managing large tracts of land across Italy.
In 2008, the company entered the renewable energy sector with its first photovoltaic investment: a 4 MW plant in Puglia, realized through a €32 million project finance operation supported by Interbanca. This marked a turning point, combining financial structuring with technical execution at scale.
By 2011, the group decided to fully commit to renewables, leaving behind the real estate business to concentrate its resources and expertise on clean energy.
I Mulini S.r.l. was officially established in 2014, consolidating nearly two decades of experience and know-how into a single entity. Since then, the company has continued to expand its portfolio of renewable energy assets, combining technical competence with a long-term vision for sustainability.
